How pricing context is applied

01

Discover the catalog

Every visitor starts with active products, public prices, and current availability.

02

Apply a company context

Signed-in buyers select only companies where they hold an active membership.

03

Review before transacting

Quantity, price source, currency, and company context stay visible in product and procurement views.

How a shopping bag becomes an order

A shopping bag is not a merchandise order. Checkout is where final price, availability, tax, duties, shipping, and payment are established: the server rechecks each one, stores the order snapshot, and reserves inventory only after payment is verified. Platform billing records must not be treated as product sales orders.
