Terms of Sale & Service

These Terms of Sale & Service govern use of this store and any transaction accepted through it with the merchant identified on the contact page (the store operator, we, us). The terms disclosed and accepted for a transaction govern that transaction. Browsing alone is not an order or consent to optional data processing.

Browsing or filling a shopping bag does not by itself create a sale. Submitting checkout can create a pending-payment sales order and reserve stock; only a confirmed successful payment changes a payable order to paid. An order number or return from a payment page is not proof of payment. Zero-total orders do not require a payment charge. Fulfillment, returns, refunds, and business credit are recorded separately against the order. Company purchasing also supports quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and receivables. Platform subscriptions and credits, when enabled, remain separate from merchandise commerce. Nothing here excludes mandatory buyer rights.

Eligibility, accounts, and company authority

You must be legally able to use the store and enter the relevant transaction. Account information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for protecting credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

A person acting for a company confirms that they have authority to access company information, submit procurement instructions, and bind the company where applicable. Company pricing, documents, and permissions must not be accessed or disclosed outside authorized business activity.

Product information and availability

We aim to describe products, variants, compatibility, materials, dimensions, images, and availability accurately. Display settings, manufacturing changes, and reasonable tolerances can cause variation. Ask before ordering if a specification is essential.

Availability shown before acceptance is not a reservation or guarantee. We may limit quantities, correct catalog errors, withdraw a product, or reject a request where reasonably necessary, including for legal, safety, supply, geographic, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Prices and currencies

The applicable price is the public price, valid authorized company price, or accepted written quote presented for the relevant product, quantity, currency, company, and validity period. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are included only when expressly shown.

If a price or calculation is clearly erroneous, we may correct it before acceptance and ask whether you want to proceed. We will not substitute a higher price after accepting an order without a lawful basis and your agreement where required.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout, requesting a quote, or issuing a purchase order is an offer or request. A pending-payment record is not acceptance. For prepaid purchases, a binding sale begins with our order confirmation after successful payment, or with an authorized representative's written acceptance under agreed payment or credit terms. A zero-total order can be confirmed without a charge. The applicable product and policy terms must be available before you submit the order.

We may request verification, adjust unavailable quantities with permission, or cancel and refund an unaccepted or lawfully cancellable order. The accepted confirmation, quote, purchase order terms, and incorporated policies together form the transaction record.

Payment, tax, and fraud review

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout before you commit, or agreed in writing. Card and wallet details are entered on the payment provider's own hosted page, and the provider may run its own authorization and verification. Platform billing checkout is a separate system and must not be used or represented as merchandise payment.

The buyer is responsible for accurate billing, tax, exemption, importer, and destination information. Taxes or duties not collected by us may remain payable to the relevant authority, carrier, or broker. We may pause acceptance or fulfillment while a payment, identity, sanctions, export, or fraud review is reasonably required.

Business purchasing and credit

Company memberships, price lists, quantity tiers, quotes, purchase-order records, and procurement roles are governed by our Business Purchasing page. A membership or an issued quote is not by itself an accepted order, an invoice, or a credit facility.

Credit is not implied by membership or a quote. Approved credit terms may be reviewed, suspended, or withdrawn under the governing agreement and applicable law. Undisputed overdue amounts may result in lawful collection costs, interest, order holds, or access restrictions if disclosed in the applicable terms.

Shipping, title, and risk

For an accepted order, destinations, delivery methods, charges, estimates, title, risk of loss, import responsibility, and freight conditions are governed by its accepted terms and our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

For an accepted order, cancellation and return eligibility depend on fulfillment status, product type, buyer status, applicable law, and written transaction terms. Signed-in buyers can request a return from a delivered shipment in the order detail for 30 days after delivery; an approved authorization provides the verified return destination, and the applicable refund or business credit is recorded. Internal authorization and warehouse receipt do not override mandatory notice or refund deadlines. Promotions and store credit

Promotions apply only for their stated period, audience, products, markets, quantities, and conditions. They cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively unless expressly permitted. We may reject fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or erroneous promotion use.

Store credit and gift value, if offered, are governed by the terms disclosed when issued and applicable unclaimed-property, expiry, and consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate access in a harmful manner, evade purchase limits, interfere with service, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, submit false information, or use the store for unlawful, sanctioned, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

We may protect the store, users, and transactions by limiting or suspending access where reasonably necessary. This does not remove payment or other obligations arising before suspension.

Intellectual property

The store software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other protected materials belong to their respective owners and licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the store for lawful browsing and purchasing. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

Third-party services

Payment, identity, carrier, map, social, and other external services may have separate terms. We are responsible for our own obligations but not for an independent third party's service beyond responsibility that applicable law assigns to us.

Warranties and liability

Products receive the warranties, remedies, and conformity rights stated in the accepted terms and required by law. Except for rights that cannot be excluded, no additional implied warranty is created by marketing copy, an estimate, or informal communication.

To the maximum extent lawful, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the transaction was made. Any agreed cap or exclusion does not apply where prohibited, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that law does not permit a party to limit. Business buyers should obtain appropriate insurance and backups for their intended use.

Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, provided the affected party uses reasonable efforts to reduce impact and communicates when practical. Payment for goods already delivered remains due. Mandatory cancellation or refund rights continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

The governing law and forum stated in an accepted order or commercial agreement apply. If none is stated, the law of the store operator's principal place of business applies, without removing mandatory rights or local forums available to a consumer. The store operator must name that jurisdiction explicitly here before launch.

Contact us first so the team can investigate and attempt a practical resolution. Nothing prevents either party from using a regulator, court, arbitration, chargeback, or alternative dispute process that is lawfully available.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version accepted for an existing order continues to govern that order unless a lawful written change is agreed. The date above identifies the current public version.

Confirmation and policy versions

Before submitting a new online checkout, you must expressly confirm the terms checkbox. We store the policy text in the selected language, public merchant details, a content fingerprint and the server-recorded confirmation time with that order. If those terms change before submission, you must review them again. A safe retry of an existing order keeps its original confirmation. This confirmation is separate from optional analytics or external-service consent. Global availability of the website does not promise delivery to every country; supported destinations, product restrictions, tax and customs responsibilities must be disclosed for the actual purchase.
