Template policy — review before launch
This page is standard-practice scaffolding, not legal advice. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it still contains placeholders that the store operator must replace with their own verified details.
Store operator: replace the placeholders, have this page reviewed by your own counsel, then set review_status to "reviewed" in its source file to remove this notice.
This policy applies to merchandise orders accepted through the storefront checkout or a written external process. The shipping option, destination eligibility, charge, currency, and delivery estimate shown at checkout — or in an accepted written quote — form part of that order's terms.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. The available shipping options, prices, and destinations are the ones this store quotes at checkout for your address; if a destination is not offered there, we cannot ship to it. Processing time in the warehouse is separate from carrier transit time.
Order acceptance and processing
Submitting checkout can create a pending-payment order and a temporary stock reservation. An order number or redirect to a payment page is not confirmation that payment succeeded or that we accepted the sale. For prepaid orders, acceptance is confirmed by our order confirmation following successful payment; an authorized representative may instead accept an order in writing under agreed credit or other payment terms. A zero-total order can be confirmed without collecting payment.
Before dispatch, we may verify payment, stock, export restrictions, delivery details, and fraud signals. Warehouse processing and carrier transit are separate periods. If we cannot meet the stated dispatch deadline, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate where available, and offer the delay or cancellation/refund choices required by applicable law. We will obtain agreement to a delay where required. A delivery estimate does not remove these rights.
Destinations and delivery methods
Available destinations and services depend on the merchandise, warehouse, delivery address, carrier coverage, and applicable trade restrictions. Only the options offered at checkout for your address, or confirmed in a written quote, apply. We may decline an address that cannot be served lawfully or reliably.
Orders may be delivered by parcel, postal, courier, freight, pickup, or another method stated before acceptance. A signature, identity check, loading facility, appointment, or other delivery condition may be required for certain orders.
Shipping charges, taxes, and duties
Shipping charges are calculated or quoted before order acceptance. Unless the final order terms say otherwise:
- product prices do not include shipping, import duty, brokerage, or destination taxes;
- taxes collected by us will be shown separately where practical;
- responsibility for carrier or customs charges must be disclosed before purchase and comply with applicable law; and
- refusal to pay a lawful destination charge does not automatically cancel the order or make all delivery costs refundable.
For international orders, the enabled checkout or written quote must state whether duties and taxes are prepaid or payable by the recipient. If it does not, contact us before agreeing to the transaction.
Delivery estimates and split shipments
Delivery estimates start after order acceptance and processing. Weekends, holidays, customs inspections, remote-area handling, severe weather, labor disruption, and carrier capacity can affect timing.
We may split an order when items ship from different locations or become available at different times. You will not be charged more than the accepted shipping total solely because we choose to split the shipment, unless you later request a different service.
Address changes and failed delivery
Review the recipient name, address, phone number, access instructions, and business opening hours before submitting an order. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot promise changes after fulfillment begins.
Additional carrier, redelivery, storage, return-to-sender, or address-correction fees caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information may be charged where permitted by law.
Tracking, loss, and damage
Tracking is provided when the selected carrier supports it. Carrier scans can take time to appear. If a shipment is materially late, marked delivered but missing, or visibly damaged:
- check the delivery location, reception team, and carrier notice;
- preserve the packaging and photograph any damage;
- contact us promptly with the order number, affected items, and evidence; and
- do not discard damaged goods until the claim instructions are confirmed.
We will review the order and coordinate an appropriate carrier claim, replacement, refund, or other remedy according to the order terms and applicable law.
Business freight and trade terms
Business orders may include pallet, dock, lift-gate, inside-delivery, appointment, consolidation, insurance, export documentation, or Incoterms® requirements. The accepted quote, purchase order, or commercial agreement controls if it differs from this policy. Buyers must disclose site constraints and import requirements before acceptance.
